How does the £20 referral fee work?
We pay £20 for every job you refer to New Step Clean. The fee is paid once the referred job has been completed.
Can you collect keys from our branch?
Yes. Key collection and return can be arranged with your branch, landlord or nominated property manager, with access details agreed in advance.
How quickly can you clean a void property?
Void-property cleans are usually completed within 3–5 working days, depending on the property size, condition, access and any specialist work.
Will we receive proof that the job is complete?
Yes. We provide photographic sign-off and flag visible maintenance or condition concerns that may need separate attention.
Can you support several properties or branches?
Yes. We can coordinate recurring and multi-property work through one named contact, with consistent scopes and reporting across each instruction.
